I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by Corporate Recruiter. From there I had 4 additional interviews. Everything seemed to go well but didn't receive contact until I made 3 attempts to contact them to find out the decision. At that point a generic email came saying they will pursue an individual that more closely match their current needs. Many interview questions centered around hiring people and the use of behavior type questions.
Lengthy interview process, 4 total interviews before being told you're not a candidate. The entire process took over 2 weeks. Not a great experience. Each person I talked to couldn't really describe next steps outside of there being "more interviews".
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage in Mar 2024
Interview
They do a very thorough job of vetting the candidates. Fairly lengthy process overall. It was explained that from start to finish could be 6 weeks and they were accurate.
