I was given a test. I passed it and they called me for an interview. There was about 5 interviewers questioning me. They all had my resume and were mostly asking me questions about it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was a stress interview. It was to make sure whether the candidate is looking at ExxonMobil as a career company. It was more about the candidate and less about what he/she can offer to the organization.
