they will usually advertise. some head hunter method are being used. they usually prefer referal, as they are deem to be better quality candidates. typically only engineers are hired and need such degrees. usually start with a call interview by HR. then they will set up a first interview, with to managers or senior engineer. if they pass, it would be follow by a second interview with managers. in those session the direct manager would be involved. as it is a strong engineering company, they will have a test in that first interview. there were will be tens of questions and some short write up base on a picture or photo.
