1st round: 1 behavioral with 2 senior consultants
2nd round: 2 back-to-back behaviorals with 4 (managing) directors + 2-hour writing assessment about the sector
Everyone was really nice and it was pretty straightforward questions

Question 1
Tell us about a time you received negative feedback and how you addressed it
It was a video interview where they asked me about why I want to work at FTI and the position itself, and why I think I could do a good job. Straightforward questions, nothing particularly challenging however impersonal since just talking into computer.
Apply with cv and cover letter.
Subsequent questions on online interview featured press release on yourself and a brand you think communicates well. Only 3 questions so not too bad

If you could write a press release on yourself, what would it be?
Two interviews. Behavioral both 30 minutes with two interviewers. Asked about why FTI why consulting why strategic comms and why the specific team you’re applying for. Even though one was first round and one was second round they both felt very similar.
