Interview
It was a pleasant process with an opportunity to learn more about the firm. First round was a 1-1 phone interview and the second round was a super day with a case portion.
HireVue into a one on one 30 minute and then superday round with multiple people but dependent on what team. Mine superday was with 2 directors for 30 min. Also had to do an independent written assessment as part of superday prior to the interview.
It was a video interview where they asked me about why I want to work at FTI and the position itself, and why I think I could do a good job. Straightforward questions, nothing particularly challenging however impersonal since just talking into computer.

Subsequent questions on online interview featured press release on yourself and a brand you think communicates well. Only 3 questions so not too bad
