Quick triage person, ask simple templated questions which may or may not really understand your answer if they are technical questions; it is hard to talk technical when they are reading the questions off a piece of paper and not really understanding your answer
Not very organized, HR went silent after multiple rounds of interviews. I did one initial screening, then an online assessment, then an interview with a peer then a case study. After all these rounds, HR went silent for weeks until I got an automated workday message saying I was not selected.
