This was a 20 minute online interview. The role was described and I was asked mostly technical questions. Some examples include the following: 1. Create an equation for how many tennis balls fit inside a plane 2. Explain the yield point of a material 3. How would you describe additive manufacturing to someone with no background 4. Explain the difference between flatness and parallelism

I applied online and then did a 20-minute screening interview over the phone. About a week later I was invited to do an on-site interview. The on-site interview had around 6 employees filtering in and out, asking a mix of questions about my resume and technical questions. The interview lasted about an hour and a half and then I was taken on a tour of the facility. It was a difficult interview but everyone was nice and professional.
