Interview
I applied online and then did a 20-minute screening interview over the phone. About a week later I was invited to do an on-site interview. The on-site interview had around 6 employees filtering in and out, asking a mix of questions about my resume and technical questions. The interview lasted about an hour and a half and then I was taken on a tour of the facility. It was a difficult interview but everyone was nice and professional.

Interview
Typical company that uses phone interviews to discriminate. They are definitely looking for a specific demographic. Despite my boatload of skills and achievements I could tell at the beginning from the tone of his voice I didn't have a chance. In a way I'm glad it happened because these places have toxic work environments and I would have quit anyway. I can see from other interviews I'm not the only one who had a bad experience
