Factual Software Engineer interview questions

After enduring the typically outdated whiteboard hazing rituals I was informed that the final panelist was out sick. I was dismissed and told that if the feedback was positive they would bring me back to complete the interview. I found this odd and a few days later received a generic no hire email. I’m relieved it wasn’t a fit as I found this wildly disrespectful and would never work for an organization that treats candidates time as an afterthought.
