Pretty straight forward, seemed like the main point of the interview was to gauge whether I was decently intelligent, had enough social skills to interact with customers, and was genuinely interested in the position.

Online application, in person interview. Detailed questions that had no close or clear end to them, forcing thought out responses and on the spot thinking. The manager was very helpful with the process and re-worded a question when asked to be a little more specific.

Applied online through a third-party job advertisement. There was a phone interview and an in-person interview. I met who would become my general manager and district manager. The district manager has 100% control of the entire hiring process, including who to hire, which store you go to, and how much you get paid.
