Met them at a career fair. Had a quick phone interview, then had an interview in person. It was a pretty laid back atmosphere, but still had a business quality aspect. It took around 45 min to an hour. They were very polite and seemed to enjoy what they did.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
