Interviewed with district manager. It was an easy interview, he was trying to sell the job as an opportunity. We spoke more about sports than business. I received a call from a recruiter as a typical screening process then was asked to meet for a formal interview. The interview consisted of a few textbook questions but was overall pretty casual.
