I was contacted by an HR referent after on line application on their website.
She scheduled a call in teams during which i talked about my background and the skills developed during my career. After 2 weeks I received a mail in which they communicated that there's no fit with the position. I tried to contact the recruiter to have detailed info about their decision to understand where improve but I didn't received any answer. Bad experience.
