the way it was handled and the people were so helpful and supporting. They helped with the whole process and guidance was provided. They send a prep sheet as well with the questions that will be asked and what type of answers they are looking for.

The final interview was an hour long and you interview with two hiring managers over zoom. They were both very nice and want you to be relaxed. However, this interview was in addition to two other meetings, and two different tests that you take online so they can see where you stand when it comes time to study for the exams for securities licenses. This is an entry level position as they advertised it and they seem to do a very thorough job of training you to succeeded and pass the exams. I felt I did a lot of research on these exams to the best of my ability and the time I had to and I still did not feel knowledgeable enough in the interview. They asked how I would study for it and I described how I normally study and then they replied that there is no actual physical book to study from and it is online. How would I know that? You don't know what you don't know. How would I have gone about trying to know that beforehand? Seems like they want you to already start doing a lot of extensive homework before you even work there. I know they need to screen people but I wasn't sure how anybody would have known how they teach you before you even get hired and the training process starts, especially when the only resource they recommended was investopedia which I used and it did not give me a ton of information on studying for these exams. Yet they go on ton say that is is discouraged to get information from other places on the web when trying to prepare for these said exams. It was a little cryptic.
