Die erste Runde ist ein 1hr Gespräch mit der Hiring Managerin (Fokus auf Erfahrung und Skillset sowie Value-Fit zu Figma).
Anschließend finden 2 Interviews mit erfahrenen Teammitgliedern statt.
Die dritte Runde ist ein Sales Pitch inkl. Produktdemo von Figma.

Interview
Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Disco/Demo role play, Head of sales. Went through all the rounds only to get a quick decline an hour after speaking with final interviewer. Seemed a bit pointless to go that far with no feedback on the immediate decision. Also not a fan of having to run a product demo during interviews so was pretty put off by that from the get go. After digging into the product, decided there wasn’t high chance of success with slow product growth and new competition

Process had a first conversation with HR, a conversation with the manager and a role play. For the role play, the manager who is also the only evaluator came in not knowing which role play would happen.
