I applied through other source. I interviewed at Finish Line (Short Hills, NJ) in Apr 2020
Interview
Interview was stress free and the manager was nice. The pay is just terrible. You essentially get paid as much as an associate for 3 times the work. The discount was okay but, minimum wage is essentially what supervisors make.
I answered by explaining that my biggest strength is staying calm and organized in fast-paced situations while leading a team to hit sales and customer service goals. For my weakness, I said I can be overly detail-oriented, so I time-block, prioritize tasks, and delegate to stay efficient.
