Interview
One 15 minute phone interview covering basic questions about school and myself. Second round interview was on site at a power plant, last about 1.5 hours. Re-covered the basic questions and also covered some other behavioral questions about work and projects. Very relaxed environment.
After the interview, a current employee in a similar position to mine gave me a tour of the power plant, gave me the basic overview of how everything went together, and also answered any of my questions about the ROA (rotation on assignment) program that First Energy offers.
