I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2014
Interview
About an hour and a half long, 1 on 1 with two interviewers. Ask experience and base questions of the resume. Interview started late and was very mundane. Clearly the interviewers were not passionate about the work. I got a sense that they knew the company is a giant who is slowly dying.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fiserv (Spokane, WA) in Jul 2020
Interview
***happened during COVID***
Took about 4 weeks, but I had another potential company lined up, so Fiserv worked to speed up the process, which was appreciated!
First interview was a phone screen. Second was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Third was a virtual meeting with the director of the team. Questions were super specific to the role and my expertise, so they were easy to answer.

Overall it was a good process. I was an out of city employee so the manager was quite adjusting in terms of timing and hiring process. The HR was also very cooperative. The manager was quite ok with a fact that i had just stepped into the domain but acknowledged that I was ready to invest time in learing.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Fiserv (Alpharetta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was seamless and it was done with four employees (three co-workers and the Director). They asked varying questions to zero in on their relative agendas and it was relaxed, warm, and very honest.
