Fiserv Product Manager interview questions

Originally, I interviewed for one of two Project Manager Staff opportunities via phone. The recruiter recommended an onsite interview. I traveled to the Dublin campus for an on-site interview with two hiring managers on Monday, Aug 6th. I felt the interview went well, and when I followed up with the recruiter a week later, she informed me that the Project Manager recruitment had been reassigned to another HR recruiter, but that a request had been made for me to meet with the team. There seemed to be some confusion with who I was meeting with next; however, four weeks later I traveled to the Dublin campus for a second interview with a Sr. Project Manager and Manager, who did not show. I felt that my time and collaboration with the Sr. PM went extremely well. He stated in our discussion that a decision for hire was being made soon and felt that I was a strong candidate. He even shared that he felt I would fit in well with the culture in Fiserv. 3 months have now elapsed since that second on-site interview, and I have not received any feedback. Truly unbelievable! How inconsiderate and unprofessional to treat a candidate for hire in this manner!
