Pretty easy if you have a great attitude. They will hire anyone, even if you had a bad record. Just smile and be friendly. It was such an easy interview and they did the second interview right there and than and hired me right there on the spot

It was an assessment day, where we were introduced by understanding five guys values and then group discussions/ presentations. It then ended with a 1-1 interview with the staff there.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
