Interview
I was called in for an orientation about 2 weeks after I filled out an online application. They gave me a set of times and dates that I could show up at to fill out paperwork and take a few tests. After the tests and papers were filled out and they thought I was qualified enough for the job, I was then interviewed by one of the People of the company. It was a very gentle and relaxed environment. The interview questions were not that difficult and they gave me a lot of information on what the next process of employment was. For me it was doing a background check for the company they wanted me to work with. They explained not all their projects require you to do that.
