I applied through other source. I interviewed at FloQast
Interview
The interview process was great. I had a phone interview with the CEO who described two roles that I could apply for. I came in for an onsite interview where I met with the Sales Manager, an Account Executive, and BDR. It was great to meet with an array of people who had different experiences at FloQast but were all passionate about the company.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FloQast
Interview
In all honesty, the interview lacked professionalism. During the interviewing they use profanity left and right, music is blasting in the other room, golf is being played etc. It's ran like a frat house. Leaves you to wonder how about other things as well.
If you make past the in house interview, your giving a script that has no sales approach what so ever. It's ran by people with no real sale experience trying to coach you on what they believe to be the way. Just be aware, and don't let the gimmick perks fool you.
