Solid process, ~5 interviews with hiring manager and peers. They each had a few specific things they wanted to cover. Then a presentation about goals and approaches for leading team
I applied online. I interviewed at FloQast (Boston, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online, and received a request to interview within a day or so, which was great. First interview was with a team lead and it was very one-sided. Half hour long answering standard questions while the interviewer typed notes about my responses, and there was maybe enough time at the end for me to ask two of my own questions. Not super conversational but it was professional.
Within a couple days I received a request for another interview with the manager, which was a lot more conversational.
"Thank You" emails sent after each interview, but no response. After a few days I received a "no reply" rejection email. I reached out requesting feedback and although my emails had been read, I have not received a response.
Overall the process wasn't bad, very quick, but it would have been nice to have received a more human interaction at the end, especially after investing time into multiple interviews.
