Interview
Went into the store to get a job application. Filled it out there and was told when to come in for an interview. Arrived at the scheduled date and was given a quick interview in the store. Mostly just to inquire about past experience and to see if my personality and communication skills would be a good fit.
Very simple, interviewed with only 1 person and then met the general manager. She walked me through the different roles where servers work, floor, cashier, greeter, etc. Not very difficult questions but will ask why this specific restaurant and mission is important to you/a good fit.
