The interview was incredibly casual and I was offered the job at the end of the interview. They were short staffed at the time and really needed help. After working there for a few months, if we needed to hire someone, we would make them shadow us and see if they could keep up.

Very simple, interviewed with only 1 person and then met the general manager. She walked me through the different roles where servers work, floor, cashier, greeter, etc. Not very difficult questions but will ask why this specific restaurant and mission is important to you/a good fit.
