I was asked to come out 3 different times to meet groups of people. It was way too many interviews especially for the level position I was interviewing for. Being in technology, people don't last on the market as long as their interview process lasted. I didn't. I received another offer from a State organization that even moved faster. I felt important since they wanted me to meet so many people however I also felt like they could not make decisions and had to involve too many people as result. it looked like a good place to work except a place that moves slow and takes forever to make decisions.
