I submitted my resume to my school's careerlink. Then they selected me for an interview and interviewed me through the phone, asking me a bunch of situational questions which lasted around 45 minutes. Their HR office was not located at the engineering firm I applied for so then they decided to give me another call for a second interview at the engineering office. The second interview was unorganized and the manager just went through my resume and asked me about my past experience and I was given a chance to ask them questions and view the office and talk to the other employees.
