FluidStack interview questions

I saw someone on Reddit describe this company’s hiring process as making candidates feel like they already have the job, only to ultimately reject them or eliminate the role—and unfortunately, that matched my experience. The interview process is unnecessarily long and involves far too many rounds. What stood out most was that many of the interviewers did not seem equipped to properly assess technical or strategic competency. The conversations felt more like subjective “vibe checks” than meaningful skills evaluations. This is not about age or seniority, but about expertise: for an industry-facing role, I was surprised by the lack of familiarity with major policy and regulatory developments that have materially shaped the sector. It raises concerns about whether candidates are being evaluated by people with sufficient domain knowledge to assess them fairly.
