I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FluidStack in Jan 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screening call. Technical interview. Behavioral conversation. Conversation with the hiring manager. Conversation with one or two senior level management. Sprinkle in a few more conversations with the recruiter.
Keep calm. Answer honestly. The energy during the entire process feels like a yes. But they do warn you -they work hard.
I applied online. I interviewed at FluidStack (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Screener call, then “technical” interview, then culture fit interview. Everyone was lovely until the last one with their head of talent who asked bizarre and biased questions, said she didn’t believe in employee referrals because it was “random”, and told me twice she was ex-palantir (as if that’s something to be proud of). She also heavily implied the founders were difficult to work with when asked what leadership was like “um how do I say this” and if she had disagreed with them yet and how that went “oh god, many times. And umm, we got through it.”
