I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foot Locker (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
First step was a brief phone conversation. Recruiter called me, expressed interest, and asked to schedule a face-to-face interview with department manager. Next step was the face-to-face interview with the manager. I did not get beyond this phase of the process.
Overall, the interview process was not very difficult. Interviewer mainly asked personality-based questions(strengths, weaknesses, fit, goals, etc.), nothing too technical. There was an emphasis on career goals. For example, the interviewer asked where I see myself in 5/10 years.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foot Locker in Jan 2020
Interview
Pretty standard interview process. Took about one month to complete all rounds. HR manager was very kind and informative. Typical - what do you know, why do you want to work here, etc.
