Intense, depending on your previous experience with interviews. I completed 4 separate interviews with upper management. they were back to back to back. Overall, they covered multiple topics from how I expect to handle personnel, clients as well as my ability to teach, coach, lead agents.

The interview process was pleasant and comfortable. The recruiter made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. She was very professional and attentive. I was able to answer questions with ease and she was very impressed.
