it was laid back. they asked basic personality questions as well as case by case scenario questions. basic common sense questions. don't sweat it. appear and remain calm. not a big deal.

Was contacted via email, then met for an in-person interview with HR personnel. Was emailed a confirmation of the position. Typical interview, just prepare and research about the company before going in. Not sure if this has changed.
