Formativ Health Patient Access Representative interview questions

I submitted app online, recruiter contacted me approximately 1 week later for a phone interview (which lasted approx 45 mins). At the end the phone interview he invited me to come in the following week for a face to face interview. The f2f interview lasted 30 mins, and I felt it went very well. I was told that a few hundred candidates were being interviewed in the next few weeks, but I would definitely hear something in 2-3 weeks max. Fast forward to one month later, and nope, nothing, no phone call, not even a rejection email.
