The interview process is straightforward. Expect at minimum 5 interviews, recruiter, tech recruiter, onsite, and then CEO. You will probably be given a hacker rank. It is the usual leet code.

Interview
Talked to recruiter and then took a 3 hour hacker rank test. Test went fine and was told to "hear back shortly" on the next step. Never heard back after that even with prompting the recruiter for whether I was continuing on or not. Expecting interviewees to invest 3 hours of their time without even offering minimal dignity. Extremely unimpressed with recruiting.

Interview
I don't think I would interview here again after the experience I had with them. Combination of unprofessional behavior and not respecting my time as a candidate. Apparently they have not one, but two technical screenings after your initial recruiter call. The 1st was a timed take-home HackerRank test, 4 questions, 120 minutes total. The 2nd screening was a 45 minute video call that followed this progression of difficulty: have you ever programmed > can you use a HashMap > Trie data structure. What was nice is that during the 2nd interview, the main interviewer started talking over me to someone else while I was discussing my solution, either on his laptop or to someone in the other room, not sure. Got the rejection email after asking for follow up after that interview. Upon sending another follow up thanking them for the opportunity and asking for feedback - no response. As well, the recruiter initially gave me the wrong information about the topic of the 2nd screening. She first told me that it would be to go over the HackerRank test. When I asked if there would be anything else, she mentioned I *might* also be asked a question. In actuality, the HackerRank test was never brought up in the 2nd screening. So, if I didn't happen to ask for clarification, I would have showed up completely unprepared for the interview. Nice.. Finally, even after linking to my portfolio and writing about it on the application ("describe your most significant project") as well as referring to it on the calls I was on, and listing it on my resume, my personal project(s) were never mentioned by them and because my portfolio website has visitor analytics, I can see that no one ever visited or read my project description. Makes you wonder why they even ask.
