Very straightforward interview process. 1st you fill out a simple assessment that asks how many hours you want to work and what state you are in. Then they have you do a recorded video interview.

The interview process with Forward was a remote phone call interview with only two stages that I can remember, basic entry level questions about my relevant past experiences and my interest in the field
The interview process was easy. I followed a link with clear instructions to a prerecorded process & recorded my responses. I was allowed to stop, re-record responses before submitting them. I received a timely response following my interview.

I was asked what my familiarity was with different software programs.
Video interview 8 simple questions. No pressure and enjoyed very much. Would definitely recommend. It gives the chance to re-record and time to think about each and every question. Definitely worth your time.
