I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fragomen (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes; I was asked typical questions, including what I knew about Fragomen and if I planned to go to law school. When I said yes, I was asked if I had started studying for the LSAT yet and if I could commit to Fragomen for at least 2 years. It seems like they want career paralegals and no aspiring lawyers.
First interview was a phone screening. She asked about my experience with immigration law, comfortability with commute/location, why I am looking for a new position and then why Fragomen. Explained next interview would be in person
