I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Washington, DC) in Aug 2013
Interview
Was interviewed once by an Associate Attorney. Was not asked too many questions beyond those asking be to elaborate on my professional experiences. The interviewer was more interested in explaining the position to see if it was one that actually a fit on my end (which I appreciated).

Question 1
They aren't looking for people that will stay forever but are looking for those that will give a minimum commitment of a year (at least at the time of interview). I was asked whether or not I had taken the LSAT or GRE, a question which I truthfully replied no to, which I assume could have had an adverse effect had I taken them.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
