Very straightforward and fair interviewing process. I had one screening interview with a talent agency with vague, general questions. A few weeks later, I then had one in-person interview with a partner and a couple associates.

Interview
It was an initial phone interview with a Virtual second interview. Pretty quick to set up follow-up interviews. I would say come prepared to answer why the interest in immigration law in particular, and they seemed to like having previous immigration based experience.
