I applied online. I interviewed at Fragomen (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Challenging and a little bit slow. The interviewer was a great person. Very polite and easy-going. The whole process includes a phone conversation, an online pre-recorded interview, where you basically answer questions that they give you online and you get a chance to re-record your answers before submitting them. Once you finish with pre-recorded Q&A they send you an email and invite to a skype interview. This interview takes about 30-40 minutes and is fairly easy. However, it took them longer than a month to reply back to me to schedule an in-person interview at their office.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
