20 min phone call with the recruiter, 40 min interview with the manager and the senior consultant answering a series of behavioral and career oriented questions. Average interview difficulty. Nice interview experience.

Interview
- had a call with a really friendly member of HR
- Then had to do a written assessment but this was quite simple and I was given more than enough time.
- Then 2 interviews each with 2 members of staff.
- Got the offer the same day as the second interview which was nice as they didn’t leave me waiting and stressing about the interview.
- As you can see from the above the interview process was rigorous but this is typical for legal roles and the recruitment processes of today’s hiring culture
- during the interviews the staff members were very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable.
- The questions were not designed to catch you out and you received encouragement for your answers. It felt more like a conversation.

- There were a few ‘tell me a time’ questions
- In the second interview it was more about you and your style of work. For example one of the questions was ‘how do you like to receive instructions’.
I had a short phone call with the HR Manager to discuss experience and salary expectations.I then had an hour interview which was very technical. The next step is the written assessment which is pending.
I’ve had a short phone interview, then the company sent me a written assessment. The interview was just a friendly conversation about the role. I’m currently waiting for the results. I hope they will get back to me shortly.
