Basic Questions about Resume, then in depth, situational questions involving leadership skills. Ex: "Name a time where you had to make a difficult decision while in a leadership position.
It was quite casual interviews for new grads. 1st one was with the head of HR and the final was with the head of sales and marketing. Very hi-sans though.
Overall very neutral interview, they put you on a 60 day suspension period to see if you do good on the job. You definitely should focus on why you're a good. fit.
