I applied for the position, and was contacted a few weeks later. I was asked to conduct an automated phone interview, where they asked me questions regarding previous merchandising experience. Then, once they determined I was a great fit, they called me in for personal interview.

The hiring process took quite a while. I think it was over 3 months from my phone interview to actually starting the job. They were nice and honest though. Seemed like a great place to work for at the time.
