I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Perry, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Pretty much all situation and response questions- a few behavior based but catered towards those situations they ask about. 2 rounds total- 1st round was a 2 on 1 interview where you were asked questions by 2 people in similar roles to what you applied for. They ask 5 situation questions and the HR questions like address, number, standard contact information. 2nd round is on site location with free hotel and travel reimbursement. This round is with 3 of the higher up managers who ask similar situation questions. These are 30 minute interviews and a site tour and offsite activity is included.
