I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2018
Interview
I arrived 15 minutes early for my interview. The interviewers had me wait 35 minutes past my interview time and rushed my interview. They did not have copies of my resume and seemed extremely unprepared. I should take this as a sign. They never sent me a letter/ email as to whether or not I got the position. 2 months later I get a survey asking about my on boarding process. This was very disconcerting as I had participated in many Pepsico leadership events in my tenure in my former company. I really wanted to be a part of Pepsico. After my interview process, I was contacted by peers who stated that the Phoenix DC struggles and my interview was a indication of this.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Starkville, MS) in Feb 2022
Interview
First interview was only basic interview questions. Minor questions about resume, nothing too hard to answer. Was not very personalized interview, had a list of premade questions to have answered.
I applied online. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Fairfield, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
After I applied, I was called by a recruiter to set up a in person interview. I met with one person who interviewed me for about 30 minutes. I was called again by the recruiter and I was told I passed to go to the next level. I did a video chat interview over the computer with 3 people. I was told I would get a phone call to tell me if I passed. I never received a phone call.
