I went to a hiring event. They showed me around and spoke about the job. Then completed an interview with a hiring manager. A few days went by and received an email with the application status.
It was on zoom. I was interviewed by two people. A human resource person and a district manager. It went very well . I had a lot of experience and they hired me on the call.

Online interview was awkward. You are only given two chances to record your answers to questions and are limited to 2 mins per video. There is no way to pick the best video. The 2nd one over writes the 1st.
