I applied online. I interviewed at Frost Bank in Feb 2016
Interview
HR wouldn't know the difference between a 100$ bill and a counterfeit. Revamp your staff. You're loosing amazing people to your competitors.
The interview process was dry. I was asked about my resume and past experiences. The interview itself was very short.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frost Bank (Houston, TX) in Dec 2009
Interview
After filling out my application in person I was called in for a interview 2 weeks later.
The first interview was with the Human Resource manager and she asked a few questions about my experience, education, goals, and banking knowledge. I was told I would be called for another interview if I proceed to the next step in the hiring process. I recieved a call 4 days later requesting a interview with the Regional branch management representative. I was asked situational questions, questions about ethics and intergrity. Afterwards she informed me I would be contacted for third interview if I am selected for the next process. I was called back that same evening for a 3rd interview with the Branch manager at the location that had the opening. That interview was more relaxed and I was asked questions about availability, scheduling, experience, and bank procedures. I recieved a call that afternoon with a job offer.
