Frost Bank Relationship Manager interview questions

Slow process. Referred by current employee from Austin. Finally contacted by HR in San Antonio after 2 weeks for first interview. Took too much time. Reached out myself & met with Regional Commercial President. Waited another 2 weeks to be contacted by HR for a group interview to be scheduled. Asked for benefit information & had to ask 3 times. Became frustrating. Interview itself was productive with the managers. I declined offer because I received another one before them & it didn’t feel like I was of importance to them. They did offer and acted irritated when I declined. HR needs to do better in hiring practices

there's a first-round interview and if you make it past that you'll participate in a second round consisting of multiple interviews back to back. Depending on that you'll be given a job offer
