I was called for an interview by someone in HR and they left me their number to call them back. I reached out several times with this person with no luck until I got a generic rejection email. I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism, organization, and competence from the HR department at Frost.

STAR questions. They really ride home about customer service related questions and going above and beyond for their customers. I recommend reading their manual prior to interviewing so you can answer the questions accordingly.

Interview
It was in 3 parts. A phone call screening with hr just confirming everything on your resume. And then a more formal interview online with hr asking basic questions. The final interview was in 2 parts. A meet and greet with other candidates and then the solo interview with 2 hiring managers. All online. Everyone was super nice which made it less intimidating. Just make sure to practice your answers.
