The interview process was pretty awesome, the first two where pretty standard, a casual chat with a recruiter. I do appreciate that the recruiter was interested to know about me personally. The second interview was a coding challenge at medium difficulty. The Engineers where patient, understanding and it was a great time. The Onsite was great and at this stage in the company its a very collaborative environment and there where more excited that I had my own thoughts and plans ready for my approach to the role.
