Interview
Horrible - interviewer was late due to "technical difficulties" even though this was a rescheduled time since she/he did not originally make the initial appointment. This person was not on camera even though it was a video interview. During the interview I kept hearing about how she/he did not enjoy interviewing at all, actually they hated it. That was nice. She/he did not talk once about the company. Asked me 5 questions and we ended it early. The interview ended with the interviewer promising me that I was a great and tremendous person even if I don't get the position. Terrible way to close an interview. After 3 weeks of my time I got an automated declination which led me to this review. Very poor on the company. Very poor image thanks to your interviewer who holds a manager position. She/he really did not shine any leadership.

Interview
Recruiters were amazing and helpful with emails and reaching out. The problem was the 4th round of interviews was pushed back multiple times. Met with 4 interviewers and 3/4 were great. Felt like I had the job until I interviewed with the sales manager. That's when the interview got awkward and offputting. The sales manager did not seem interested the moment we met. No smile or any sort of engagement. The last interview was scheduled to last 30 minutes which ended in 20 minutes. When speaking with the sales manager his eyes would wander off and stare out the window of the interviewing room. After that, I did not feel welcomed or respected. Would love to see more diversity within its company culture. The first three interviewers were nice. Sidebar: The job was an entry-level position.

One phone interview with a qualifying recruiter, followed by one video meeting interview with the sales director, one take home challenge, and a final round of back to back interviews with the team including the reporting manager and the sales director.
